Selong Selo Residences – February 2019 Update

February saw stronger bookings than all the previous months since last August events and bodes well for the peak months starting from Easter. Further headlines came through on the focus for South Lombok and more specifically Mandalika, with the MotoGP to be hosted there in 2021. Again signalling the Government's intention to make it a new destination.

As our reputation grows for hosting bespoke and unforgettable weddings so do the wedding inquiries with another two confirmed weddings last month.

We have harvested our first crop from the Chef’s garden yielding cucumber, eggplant, tomatoes, lettuce, basil and rosemary. Our on-site organic working farm is now contributing to our talented Chefs recipes. Farm to table in the true meaning and a part of our sustainability program.

From our sales team we have seen an uplift of buyer momentum for 2019 particularly at our new land release launch in Serangan Bay, which offers world class ocean views from 59k USD overlooking one of the most consistent surf breaks in the South. This has dovetailed well with the design team working on the release of an affordable modular villa design with an efficient build timeframe perfect for those wanting to build within our projects. Enquire HERE for more info.

Elsewhere, we have revamped our spa and treatment offering. We are welcoming a new addition to our Spa team, her name is Maret and she brings with her years of experience from Bali and Lombok, while she specializes in reflexology she is also very adept in manicures, pedicures, facials and many types of massages. We are excited to have her on board as we look to enhance our Spa treatment offerings.
